Fay O. Thompson v. Wells-Lamont Corporation Mutual Insurance Company

Workmens compensation disability benefits were denied Fay O. Thompson, claimant, by the Circuit Court of Webster County in affirmance of the order of the Mississippi Workmens Compensation Commission (and administrative judge). Only medical expenses were awarded the claimant. We reverse the denial of disability compensation.
