Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. v. Chisholm

Per Curiam. Paul Chisholm appeals the district courts denial of his Rule 60(b) motion for relief from a default judgment entered against him. We find that the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying Chisholms motion. We therefore affirm its judgment.
