Michael McKeegan has assembled his eight favorite Ken Martinez (Indie-poet / indie prose writer, Ken Martinez who has also written numerous culinary and (very droll) satirical articles) stories plus a prize-winning interview that he did with Ken Martinez into this eBook. These stories differ in style and theme but they are all autobiographic in some way. Many are from Ken Martinez autobiography, "Koko Ken" but what sets them apart from the Paperback / eBook is McKeegan's comments that give these stories a different twist. In "Koko Ken", Ken Martinez writes about his life threating birth defect, Spina-bifida, downplaying the hurt and loneliness that so many writers would have written about but in "Zippy: My Most Unforgettable Character", the reader can really feel these real feelings. Ken Martinez is very sincere in that he does not once blame God in any way for his handicap but praises Him for what he [Ken Martinez] can do and for his many accomplishments. This book, in Michael's opinion, has the best pearls among the pearls.
