Times are tough for Biggs and Wedge, two of the Empire’s citizens who find themselves at the heart of their country’s war with Heian. Biggs is tasked with warship repairs, but the seafaring soldiers’ morale is at an all-time low, and they have little patience and even less respect for his efforts.
