A week before Christmas, in the small town of Bowmount, Tennessee, Jenny Spruce's life is about to take a sudden change.

Her boyfriend of two years, Tom Grant, just proposed and without hesitation, she accepted. Giddy and full of life, she begins her day with a morning run up the mountains to dream and expel the energy she has building within her heart. Tom was her perfect match in every way.

A newcomer to Bowmount, Tom must learn hidden secrets and long-forgotten legacies, in order to find Jenny. With the help of the town's Sherriff, Dave, they face the momentous task of unraveling one of Bowmount's deepest secrets before Jenny is lost forever.

Will Tom abandon the search, like everyone else did, because they believed she had become a victim to the mountains of Tennessee? Will his love for her remain . . . forever, even as the obstacles to find her mount?
