This exegesis explores the emergent digital publishing industry and how that

knowledge has been applied to construct the creative artifact 'Collected'—an

enriched eBook aimed at the Young Adult educational market. Collected

thematically explores object-story associations, mental illness and familial

relationships.


The aims of the exegetical component is to address the following questions:



a. How does the enriched eBook medium add value to both the educational and the experiential aspects of my narrative?
b. How might this medium demonstrate ‘reinventions to reading’, which enhance the learning and reading experience?




The creative artefact’s written and visual narratives were augmented through the use of a digital narrative, adding value to both its educational and narrative

aspects.
