Four Jade Seals

For Taohua, servant of the wealthy Zhang family, everything changes when the war reaches Yuchen. She is forced to flee the city with her mistress Jingyu, but her mistress' brother Yongyu insists on saving a blue jade seal from their father's collection. The seal is beautiful, but Taohua can't imagine why it's so important to hold onto until she learns the Emperor himself wants the seal, and is willing to kill to get it. Yongyu's murder sends his sister on a quest with Taohua at her side, and Taohua must strive to preserve the seal and her mistress's life, when all she wants is to write poetry.
