Free in the Kitchen

Positive and encouraging, "Free In the Kitchen" was written to both inspire and give hope
to those who are living a gluten free lifestyle. Since 2012, these tried and true recipes
have been shared on Tallahassee, Florida's CBS affiliate, WCTV. This book is a compilation
of these recipes and is the result of requests made from Sallie's viewers, friends, and
family. Fun and creativity are the two main ingredients in each recipe and family
nostalgia is the atmosphere in which each one was created. Gluten free living can be fun
and it can be done!
