James has a thing for his thick hairdresser Caitlin, and she likes him back. One day, she offers him a "hand" for money, but James is willing to pay more if she lets him take things further. He becomes more and more dominant with her, and eventually calls over her colleague Gwen, a piercer. He commands Gwen to pierce Caitlin’s soft body everywhere he wants, while he brings her to a painful climax.
