A being is picked up by Fleet who had the exact code for Drove in digitals on his tags so Maita and crew go to Drove to see what it's about. It turns out the code was his dog-tags and he was a soldier in a war between unlike cultures on two planets in the same solar system.
Naturally, the crew decided to intervene.
