Where hearing was held upon claim for compensation, ultimately resulting in Supreme Courts decision that compensation be allowed as provided by statute, Supreme Court decision was binding upon all parties, the district court and the Supreme Court in subsequent review of order respecting method of payment of compensation. 2. Workmens compensation ? Compensation for permanent injury payable. Where claimant suffered industrial accident but continued to work at regular salary for several years until by reason of deterioration of physical condition due to accident, he was unable to continue his employment or any other employment, compensation for permanent injury became payable as of date on which he was forced to discontinue employment. - Page 449
