When realtor Alysha Grant shows an abandoned rural property to a potential buyer, they find something not listed in the real estate description – the remains of a local man who'd been missing for weeks. Her potential buyer also offers the possibility of a short-term financial windfall for Leven Lodge, which Alysha owns.  Keeping the lodge afloat financially is a priority.  

Amidst the upheaval of discovering a body, and worrying about finances, more than one romantic relationship is budding faster than early spring flowers. But someone's romantic attentions conceal ulterior motives – with life-threatening consequences.
