ORDER This 15th day of August, 1991, upon consideration of the briefs of the parties, and the appellant having raised claims not fairly presented to the Family Court, and the Court having concluded that those claims will not be considered on appeal, Supr. Ct. R. 8; and the Court having further concluded that the judgment of the Family Court should be affirmed on the remaining issues presented below on the basis of and for the reasons assigned by the Family Court in its well-reasoned letter decision dated February 13, 1991; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Family Court be, and the same hereby is, AFFIRMED.
