George P. Keiter and Others v. Lauritz L‪.‬

Action in the district court for Otter Tail county to enjoin and restrain the obstruction by defendant of a public cartway across his land. The case was tried before E. R. Selnes, judge of the sixteenth judicial district acting for the judge of the seventh judicial district. After findings for plaintiffs, defendant appealed from the judgment.
