Ghost of a Chance

Nothing Ruins a Romantic Getaway Like a Royal Assassination Plot.

England, 1950

A trip to the enchanting English countryside sounds almost romantic. Unfortunately, CIA agents Jenny Nicolay and Sawyer Finn aren't crossing the pond for a holiday. They're investigating a cold case buried in the shadows of World War II—the murder of an MI6 agent.

But what begins as a search for answers soon leads to a deadly conspiracy involving British aristocracy, a traitor in Parliament, and an assassin with a member of the royal family in their sights.

Jenny and Sawyer follow the trail to Bellbrooke Abbey, where centuries of history hide modern secrets. Infiltrating the castle means navigating suspicious aristocrats, dangerous loyalties, and a world where appearances can be deceiving. Even for two spies who make a living pretending to be someone else.

With a royal life hanging in the balance, Jenny and Sawyer must uncover the truth before the assassin strikes. And somewhere between secret passages and suspicious nobles, they'd still like to squeeze in their second date.

Can Jenny and Sawyer expose the traitor and prevent a royal assassination? Or will the secrets of Bellbrooke Abbey turn their English adventure into a deadly affair?
