Harder to Forget (A Short Story‪)‬

Gina and Richard’s two-year marriage has been on shaky ground. He’s out of a job, and has an expensive hobby that he’s unable to support. But Gina’s no saint either, even though she provides a cozy home for her and Richard and takes care of the rent and the bills. Being the sole provider is not what she bargained for, so she constantly rubs it in his face. She’s getting tired of saying the same old thing, and he’s getting sick and tired of hearing it. This contemporary romance follows what happens to a couple when their mutual discontent finally takes a toll on them, right in the middle of a heatwave. Will they be able to survive the aftermath, or will things erupt and cause their marriage to end forever?
