Identity Crisis

A man who looks like Jessa "Peacock" Masters' dead husband has been contacting her. Could it be Ben? Could Ben be alive? If Ben is dead, who is this man posing as Ben? Why would this man want to take over a dead man's life? And what does he want from Jessa and Nate?
