Embrace life and count your blessings. Be true to the self you want to be and be self-disciplined. Before you can say you are well self-disciplined, you need to have reached a certain standard; have gone through testing times in life and have conquered the evil force in your life.
 
You need to be trustworthy enough that when you have a conversation with your inner soul, you don’t feel ashamed. Fill your mind with faith; with things that are true, noble, pure and honourable. Put into practice what you learn and have received both from His word and His action and God who gives us peace will be with you. God’s peace which is beyond human understanding will keep our hearts and minds safe.
