ABSTRACT The Sexual Revolution in the United States significantly changed attitudes and behavior and has led to an increased prevalence of risky sexual practices. Early sexual debut in adolescents is correlated with multiple sexual partners, sexually transmitted infection (STI), teen pregnancy, and emotional consequences. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and many other STIs such as herpes, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis are easily transmitted during oral, vaginal, oranal sex.
