In Another Land

Marika is a young German woman struggling with her sexuality. It is not so much fear of being a lesbian that causes her anguish, but realization of how she knows she might be one: her love for Sylvie, who has been her friend since childhood and whom Marika has come to regard as her sister. Seeking to channel her love elsewhere, Marika meets Lisa, an American rock musician living in Germany, and her life changes in ways she'd never dreamed of.
