1. Richard A. Brown appeals from the circuit court order denying his petition for supervised release under Wis. Stat. ch. 980. He argues that the court erred in admitting a report of a psychologist who did not testify and, further, that without the report, the State failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence that he should not be granted supervised release.
