We are asked to decide whether a bank wrongfully caused real property to be sold by a trustee under a deed of trust. A lawsuit for damages was brought by James and Gwen Owens, whose property was sold after they defaulted on a note to Idaho First National Bank, secured by the deed of trust. They claimed that certain conduct by the banks officers had frustrated a timely cure of the default. The district court decided in favor of the bank, and we affirm.
