In re State of Texas for the Best Interest and Protection of L.E.H‪.‬

This is an accelerated appeal of a trial courts judgment involuntarily committing L.E.H., Jr. for temporary mental health services. Appellants court-appointed attorney filed a brief in accordance with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). Holding that the Anders procedure is appropriate in this context, we affirm the trial courts judgment.
