Shelby Lynn Anders, niece of serial killer Jimmy Anders appears in Stratford and starts killing wife cheaters.  Harper reveals she has a sister, a hybrid star child, which necessitates a trip by Carla to a secret Pleiadian base in Antarctica. Lots of action and comedic situations, like Carla losing to Tara's dog on Jeopardy.
