Indonesia 1993-5

I only visited Indonesia across three years and after 1995 never returned. Not everywhere and every trip is covered in this book but it does take in Jakarta, Bali, Moyo Island, and Minado. 


All  my life I have been interested in adventure: to write about it and to record it with my camera. I have enjoyed the frisson of leaving the supposed civilised cities behind me and exploring the hidden and authentic pulse of the world.


Some of the travel is leisurely, in parts it is dangerous, and sometimes the reader will be taken to places that perhaps they would prefer not to visit themselves.
