Israel's Genocide in Guatemala

In the 1980s, the Israeli government sold weapons to the Guatemalan government. Few Israelis objected to this, despite the fact that the Guatemalan government was committing mass murder against the Guatemalan peasantry at the time. One has to wonder why the Israeli people felt so much contempt for the Guatemalan peasantry.
