Just another Winter's Tale

After his father retires, Vere Idowu returns to Wychwood Cross to take over the family greengrocers. As Christmas looms, he divides his time between running the shop, attending rehearsals for the choral society production of Messiah, and continuing the family tradition of leaving a welcome basket of seasonal fruit and veg on the doorstep.

Struggling with writer' s block, author Robyn Yardley moves to the country just before Christmas to finish the book she started over a year ago. The last thing on her mind is socializing, much less romance, but the local choral society needs sopranos for the Christmas concert. And the cute greengrocer did invite her to try out.

Finding a friend in Vere lifts Robyn's spirits. Singing lifts her soul. And thankfully, she' s finally making headway on the book. That' s until the past and present collide, and everything changes.
