Full text of the Lebanese cabinet's ministerial statement The Lebanese government of Prime Minister Najib Mikati won Parliament's approval this week by 68 out of 128 votes, with the opposition not voting at all. The Hizbullah-led government won confidence on the basis of a controversial policy statement which was strongly attacked for its wording on the U.N.-appointed Special Tribunal for Lebanon and the issue Hizbullah's arms. The following for the record is a textual translation of the statement as published in the local media:
