A huge tiger shark caught off Sydney throws up a human leg. The only lead for the cops is a tattoo emblazoned on the ankle. When the high-roller owner of the Golden Dragon Restaurant in Sydney's Chinatown recognizes the tattoo from the newspaper he retains PI Axis Stone to solve the case.
