LEGACY

Harper Williams and Rosa Dabiri, inseparable partners in the counter-terrorism division Legacy, find themselves, their organization, and the evolution of the humanitarian "food-chain", flipped upside down as a series of catastrophic events separates them from the rest of the Legacy teams and forces the chain of command to go silent.
