When you think about a library, you think of a quiet place; where you can study and enjoy a book. That's fine, if you are a patron, yet as an employee; not so much. As a library assistant for twenty years, I had to endure terrible bosses and bad patrons. I'll share with you some of the most outrageous moments I've had. After reading this book, you'll think twice about a library being quiet.
