Roz Stevenson is a trailblazing motion picture publicist, who made her mark promoting films at top movie studios for two decades before becoming the President/CEO of her firm, Roz Stevenson Public Relations, dedicated to marketing to the African American audience. During her career, she's worked with Sidney Poitier, Denzel Washington, Cicely Tyson, Jamie Foxx, Halle Berry, Spike Lee, Eddie Murphy, Bill Cosby, Regina King, Will Smith, Viola Davis, Bernie Mac, Morgan Freeman and Octavia Spencer, to name a few. 

Her memoir, Look at God! My Hollywood Walk of Faith, discusses how in the turbulent '60s that a Poverty Program-funded acting workshop gave her an opportunity to pursue a career in Hollywood. It showcases how she traveled down wild roads before discovering her gift as a publicist. Both an inspirational and a hilarious account of how her life finally came together after years of trials and errors, Roz is an open book about what it was like to be a young, wide-eyed "groupie" stepping into an unforgiving Hollywood.
