Low Level Terror

Years ago in Afghanistan, Captain Harry Sanders' special unit destroyed a terrorist cell. They chased Mohamed X, the cell's leader, into Pakistan and wounded him before he escaped.

Mohamed X is now operating a cell in the United States. He has assembled a ten-ton fertilizer bomb and wants to drop it on the crowd at an Oakland Athletics game. What could serve his purposes better than a large logging helicopter flown by his old nemesis, Harry Sanders?

Harry has made a difficult transition from the army to civilian life. He lives alone in his school-bus camper on a mountain-side and is attempting to romance a local waitress. He's an easy target.
