Ian's life had become one of self-centered ambition and greed. His work in high finance includes corruption and manipulation by his employers to accomplish their goals. However, Ian's outlook on life completely changes when he meets Barbara. He is now torn between two opposing Philosophies.

Her lifestyle is easy-going, with values wholly opposed to those he had developed to advance in his chosen profession. As he rises up the corporate ladder, he's determined to change company policy to better humanity. However, there is a significant factor that must be attended to first. There is also a supernatural influence controlling the company that employs him.
