Magician

TROLLINGHOM

Trollinghom periodically sends Magicians into the world to restore and revitalize the ancient devices that are essential to the scattered villages’ survival. Three magicians; an old man accompanied by a younger one, dark and mysterious, and a beautiful young woman arrive to befriend a smitten Jacob Torvals who has always yearned to learn their magic.

FIELTEN

When disaster strikes the farming village of Fielten the Magicians escape with a seriously wounded Jacob and embark on a difficult and perilous journey through the wilderness to, as Jacob learns, their mythical city where he hopes to learn their secret arts.

POLITICAL TURMOIL

As Jacob learns the ways of magical Trollinghom he discovers that he has become a pawn in a political debate about the magicians’ proper role in dealing with the world’s inhabitants. The more he learns the worse his situation seems to become.

DILEMMA

Finally, facing danger and under the pressure of time, Jason must quickly make the critical decision that will determine the future of his world and its inhabitants.
