Marilyn Childs v. Roane County Board

Franks. J. The Roane County Board of Education (Board) dismissed plaintiff from her position as a tenured teacher, and she brought this action claiming the Board violated the Teacher Tenure Act in that the Board's decision was arbitrary and capricious and that her dismissal did not comport with due process.
