Maximize Your Life With Minimalism

I'll be happy when____.

When I get my own room….When I have a driver's license...When I graduate from college…

I'll be happy when we buy our own house.  I'll be happy when I have my own children.  I'll be happy when my husband has a better job. 

How many of us have said these types of statements to ourselves?  I'll be happy when ____.  What if we stopped deciding to wait to be happy?  What if we were just happy now?  Like right now!

Do you know how to be happy where you are?  Are you able to make happiness a choice?  It's a skill, but you CAN do it. 

Minimalism in the design world means sparse, or simple.  Minimalism as a lifestyle means choosing the things that matter most to you.  We strip down the excess.  Remove the bits and pieces that don't really matter. 

When you take away the stress, the clutter, the distractions, what's left?  Love.  Peace.  Joy.  What if you could align your life to have more of these things?  By consciously deciding each moment to focus on your values, you can see them become more prevalent in your life.
