Is it true that you never forget your first love? Jeff and Ally had the answer to this question: absolutely true! 
Their story began as a teenage friendship that gradually grew stronger over the years, eventually turning into a visceral, overwhelming, passionate love. It was true love for both of them. 
A love that, due to distance, jealousy and wounded pride, after four intense years seemed to have come to an end and was destined to be forgotten. 
Jeff now is a charming 31-year-old and an accomplished heart surgeon. After five years away from New York, he returns because that is where he truly feels at home, where he left his heart broken and in love. And the hope of getting it back, of getting Ally back, explodes suddenly when he bumps into her in a café in the city. 
He still wants her, but he knows that winning her back won't be easy, if not impossible: Now there is another man in her life.
