Falling in love at Christmas time? That's the best kind of crazy there is.

Christmas is rough for Abigail this year. Trapped in her cruddy home town. Working with her brother's dorky best friend. Plus she's being forced to wear an Elf costume. Not exactly a recipe for happily ever after.

Abigail would like a new life, please.

Her old life has left her lonely, broke and moving back in with her parents. Not the best way to spend Christmas and kick off the New Year.

Wrapped up in helping for the holidays at her big brother's bookstore/coffee shop, Abigail is somehow becoming entangled with her brother's best friend, Jamie. 

She's known Jamie since the beginning of time and he has always been annoying.

So can anyone explain why her stomach fills with butterflies when he gives her his dopey look? How could she possibly fall for the guy who has always been a thorn in her side?

Sure, he's grown into a pretty good looking man with really nice dimples. And, sure, he makes her laugh like they did when they were kids. But she never wanted to move back home permanently, and she never asked to get involved with the likes of Jamie Turner.
