Momentum of Openness

Christopher discusses his personal experiences in the internet and open source software industries starting from when he started using Netscape in the 1990's. His adventure through launching companies in Asia Pacific region leads him to join the Mozilla project.

Over the routes of his journey he witnesses the launch of the iOS and Android developer platforms, thereafter joining Mozilla to champion the internet through Mozilla's FirefoxOS web-phone distribution. Over the course of his tenure he sees many new challenges surfacing for web developers. Jointly with Mozilla, the teams pioneer new software solutions to help web developers facing these hurdles to progress the growth of new internet standards.
