Morning Sunshine

Growing up an orphan in the foster system is hard enough but it's worse when you aren't human. Liz Douglas is hiding among the many of races in Angel City. Working as a data base clerk at Barnes Marketing she  dreams of making money being a webcomic artist and writer. Life has been tough for her yet she finds simple pleasures in drawing in the morning sun.

Life was going mostly peaceful until she ended up in the ER for stitches after a bad fall. She landed on some broken glass and needed a tetanus shot. Her utlimate boss Craig Barnes and his assistant Jonathan find her and take her into the ER. Given a new drug that is supposed to work on non-humans. It causes a allergic reaction that sends her back to the hospital.

While recovering the two handsome shifters take turns keeping an eye on her. When she is released they take her home and things turn bad. Word has gotten out that she is a special kind of other. The word brings back into her life the being who killed her parents and put a gaes on her. Can the two shifters who have mated her safe her from the mad drinker who knows that her blood can boost his power?
