Mystery of the Slobbery Stranger

The villain, Sonny Boy Slade, an expert insect trainer with an attitude and a drooling problem, uses a small Beagle puppy to kidnap two children to do chores at their large run-down estate so he and his mother can be free to carry out their plan of revenge on their hometown.
