Needs

NEEDS takes place in and around Baltimore's grittiest streets, focusing on police interaction with the city's drug underworld. Its main character, Brenda Washington, is a police detective who is, herself, a heroin addict. She is also a psychic who involuntarily channels both victim and perpetrator of the crimes she investigates.
