Well structured, good length and easy-to-understand visual illustrations. As there are exercises for any kind of level, it is a great source of inspiration for every player and coach to bring both variation and structure to their tennis practice.
Perfect addition for my trainings
I found some new exercises in this book, that I included in my daily trainings with kids and adults of all skill levels. The exercises are well structured and nicely pictured. And it helped me improve my game as well ;). I can totally recommend this book!
