This reverse mentoring program paired 5th grade students with kindergartners in a partnership entitled iTutors.  Student-to-student weekly connections allowed older students to perform ‘teaching-like’ practices, all the while reinforcing their own developing technology skills with iPod touch and iPad, and went so well that it was expanded to a senior citizen mentorship program as well.
