Onyx wanted a normal life.

Her brother was back from war and needed a fresh start. So she did what any good sister would do. She picked up and left the city to find a quieter life. Her fiance understood and was happy to follow after her.

But quiet was not what Onyx found. As an emergency room nurse she knew life was never going to be filled with unicorns or rainbows but then again she never expected to be on the local MC's radar either.
