Some old enemies are preparing to take on the alliance of America and Japan. One enemy leader has a grudge against those two nations. He is preparing to use anything at his disposal to win. Meanwhile, another continent is uniting to control the world. The alliance will have to use one of the most powerful weapons at its disposal to win and get help from some retired veterans.
