Painting Worlds

David Rowan is forty-six, terminally ill, and running out of time.

Then he dies and wakes inside his own painting.

What begins as an impossible second chance becomes something far stranger. David discovers that his paintings can create real objects, open doors into other places, and eventually connect him to worlds he once believed existed only in fiction.

But those worlds are not stories waiting for him. They have histories, dangers, and lives that continue far beyond anything ever written on a page.
