Pandemic

Via the internet a young man in England met and became infatuated with a young lady from Cuba, apart from her country of origen something that was now quite commo. He eventually organised a flight to actually meet her. He was lucky in that they were attracted to each other almost from the moment of first meeting. The few days they spent together seemed to pass in a flash. Given that he'd just begun a new job it would be some time before he'd next get to see her. Even before leaving her to set off for home he began to suffer from an irratating itch on the sole of his foot. While on one level he thought nothing of it was for sure something he could have done without. Given that he would soon be taking up a position that he'd devoted himself to achieving he was dissapointed at the timing though not overly so, hopefully it would pass within a day or two. He certainly hoped it would, he'd devoted a lot and time and effort in getting as far as he had in terms of his career and he wasn't going to allow an irratatitng itch to rain on his parade.
