Paradox

The campus is on lockdown, apparently from a pipe bomb set off in a bathroom in a building a few blocks away. As the students begin to worry, their own building is hit with an explosion, and soon they are running for their lives from a shadowy mad man. Jon Smithfield, along with two others, help the rest of the students escape to safety, but as Jon then tries to track down a girl from his class, he is arrested and accused of being involved in the terrorist plot. That's the least of his worries, though, as he soon discovers the true identity of the terrorist and must work to stop him in this sci-fi/action techno-thriller.
